Cosmic Kids Yoga

From looking at our buddies blog that we have been skyping we learnt that they have been using Cosmic Kids Yoga in their classroom, so we decided to give it ago today! We loved following along to the instructor in the video! She made it so much fun exploring the different environment! If we need to let of steam we are going to explore the yoga more!!
